What You'll Do
- Conduct 7-9 scheduled home inspections daily for existing customers
- Identify termite risks and recommend protection solutions
- Educate homeowners and close sales during the appointment
- Deliver a professional, customer-first experience
- Manage your daily route using a company-provided vehicle

Compensation

What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience in a closing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass an initial drug screening
- Full-time availability
