Role description
The Data Governance Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise data governance strategy for a healthcare payer's cloud migration program. This includes establishing governance processes across the SDLC, defining metadata management frameworks, selecting governance tools, and overseeing the migration from Informatica MDM to a new MDM solution or an internally built master data platform.This role requires strong leadership in defining governance operating models, hands-on execution experience in large-scale data governance programs in the US, and the ability to mentor and manage a team of 2-5 governance engineers/analysts.The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of payer data, data quality, metadata, MDM, cloud platforms, and Snowflake-based governance models.
