What You’ll Do

You’ll prospect, sell and manage clients while building new relationships across Florida. Every day, you’ll help employers solve their biggest hiring challenges through our local job boards, live hiring events, and digital recruitment marketing programs.

• Build and grow relationships with existing clients
• Prospect new business through phone, email, social media, and events
• Consult with hiring leaders to create customized job marketing strategies
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and exceed sales goals
• Collaborate with our marketing and account teams to deliver amazing client results

What You Bring

• 2+ years of proven sales and account management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Confident communicator in person, over the phone, and in writing
• Consultative mindset with a focus on long-term partnerships
• Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Hubspot prefered)
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred
