Palihouse Hyde Park Village proudly offers bespoke, residential-inspired hotel suites in Tampa's historic Hyde Park neighborhood, an area known for stately homes, 19th-century architecture, and tree-lined streets. Featuring 36 oversized guest rooms and an intimate lobby lounge and cocktail bar, this lovely urban lodge is designed to welcome and charm the most discerning traveler.
POSITION PROFILE:
We're looking for a qualified Room Attendant ready to clean, sanitize, and tidy guest rooms to maintain pristine accommodations for our guests.

POSITION PROFILE:
We're looking for a qualified Room Attendant ready to clean, sanitize, and tidy guest rooms to maintain pristine accommodations for our guests.
THE TASK AT HAND:
- Maintain pristine, sanitary, and perfectly tidy hotel spaces, from guest rooms to common areas and staff offices, following cleansing guidelines and standard procedures.
- Clean guest rooms as instructed by supervisors based on priority and guest check-ins, including closets, door tracks, and under beds and furniture for debris.
- Inspect and replace bathrobes, linens, and amenities as needed, ensuring correct hanger counts and extra blankets and pillows.
- Realign or adjust furniture to match floor plan and designated placement, and maintain menus, postcards, and other in-room collateral.
- Inspect furniture for tears, rips, or stains, reporting any damage to the supervisor immediately.
- Remove dust and debris from upholstered furniture and electronics (TV, clock radios, remotes, cable box), testing electronics and setting the correct time and channels.
- Clean lamps, light switches, windows, ledges, frames, and telephones, removing dust, spots, grease, and smears.
- Empty and clean the ice bucket and mini bar, ensuring the mini bar is plugged in and securely locked.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Required
- 1 year of related experience in a similar position in a hotel.
- Strong working knowledge of and passion for hospitality; strong knowledge of cleaning products.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Physical
- Requires mobility and prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
