• Develops and implements policies, procedures and strategies related to accreditation process.
• Works with staff at accreditation agencies to schedule site visits for accreditation evaluations and other activities required for the accreditation process.
• Reviews all materials associated with college's application for accreditation, including catalogs, brochures, and promotional materials, to ensure that they meet all requirements.
• Preparing materials for accreditation visits such as registration forms and other documents, including letters of invitation, itineraries, and other necessary materials.
• Manage and maintain all documentation for compliance with accrediting body standards required for accreditation eligibility.
• Manage institution-level review and tracking of programmatic accreditations and licensures.
• Plan and facilitate accreditation-related workshops and substantive change workshops, review committees, and events for employees and other stakeholders.
• Manage accreditation compliance narrative and evidence document collection.
• Monitors programmatic accreditation compliance.
• Manage, maintain and submit all official communications to the accrediting body, including but not limited to program change of name, hours, location, and scope.
• Maintain confidential permanent accreditation files for institution and programs
• Assist with accrediting agencies annual reports.
• Performs other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by the Director.
