Role Overview
As a Manager Site II, you will oversee the daily business and operational functions of a moderately complex physician practice while ensuring exceptional patient service, regulatory compliance, and team performance. This leadership role serves as a key liaison between the practice and organizational leadership while supporting financial, operational, clinical, and administrative excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily business operations and utilization management of the physician practice
- Managing patient access, scheduling, and service delivery processes
- Supporting insurance contract verification, charge entry, and collections activities
- Leading clinical support operations and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, risk management, and regulatory requirements
- Overseeing facility maintenance, purchasing, and operational resources
- Managing personnel, staffing, coaching, and performance oversight
- Supporting referral relationships and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Monitoring operational and financial performance metrics
- Serving as a liaison to Physician Services, Clinical Quality and Compliance, and Central Business Office leadership
- Resolving operational issues and implementing process improvements
- Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Informatics or related healthcare field
Required:
- Four (4) years of leadership experience in a healthcare delivery setting with a High School Diploma or equivalent OR
- Five (5) years of physician practice or ambulatory clinic office experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent OR
- Two (2) years of leadership experience in a healthcare delivery setting with a Bachelor's Degree OR
- Three (3) years of physician practice or ambulatory clinic office experience with a Bachelor's Degree
