Role Overview

As a Manager Site II, you will oversee the daily business and operational functions of a moderately complex physician practice while ensuring exceptional patient service, regulatory compliance, and team performance. This leadership role serves as a key liaison between the practice and organizational leadership while supporting financial, operational, clinical, and administrative excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily business operations and utilization management of the physician practice
  • Managing patient access, scheduling, and service delivery processes
  • Supporting insurance contract verification, charge entry, and collections activities
  • Leading clinical support operations and quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, risk management, and regulatory requirements
  • Overseeing facility maintenance, purchasing, and operational resources
  • Managing personnel, staffing, coaching, and performance oversight
  • Supporting referral relationships and patient satisfaction initiatives
  • Monitoring operational and financial performance metrics
  • Serving as a liaison to Physician Services, Clinical Quality and Compliance, and Central Business Office leadership
  • Resolving operational issues and implementing process improvements
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Informatics or related healthcare field
Experience

Required:

  • Four (4) years of leadership experience in a healthcare delivery setting with a High School Diploma or equivalent OR
  • Five (5) years of physician practice or ambulatory clinic office experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent OR
  • Two (2) years of leadership experience in a healthcare delivery setting with a Bachelor's Degree OR
  • Three (3) years of physician practice or ambulatory clinic office experience with a Bachelor's Degree
