Job Responsibilities
- Perform rope access NDT inspections in accordance with applicable procedures, codes, and standards
- Conduct inspections using methods such as UT, MT, PT, VT, and other applicable NDT techniques
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain NDT equipment
- Interpret and evaluate inspection results accurately
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation
- Follow all rope access safety procedures and site-specific requirements
- Perform work at heights, in confined spaces, and industrial environments
- Assist with planning and execution of rope access inspection projects
- Maintain certifications, inspection records, and safety documentation
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members
- Work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as project demands require
Qualifications
- Current SPRAT or IRATA Level III certification required
- Previous rope access NDT experience required
- Current Level II or Level III NDT certifications preferred
- Strong understanding of industrial inspection and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret codes, standards, and technical documents
- Ability to work independently and lead rope access teams when necessary
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications in UT, MT, PT, VT, RT, PAUT, or TOFD preferred
- TWIC card and OSHA certifications are a plus
- Experience in refinery, marine, petrochemical, power generation, or industrial environments preferred
