FACE FOUNDRIÉ - SUNSHINE STATE is seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Lead Esthetician to join the founding leadership team of our newest facial bar in Oakland Park, Florida, opening in September 2026.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a founding leadership role and help launch Oakland Park's newest FACE FOUNDRIÉ facial bar from day one. Working alongside our Sales & Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in building the team, shaping the culture, driving performance, and creating an exceptional guest experience from the ground up.

Role Overview

Reports To:Sales & Operations Manager, Oakland Park
Location: FACE FOUNDRIÉ | Oakland Park, FL
Compensation:$22.50 per hour+ retail and membership commission
A Day in the Life:
• Partner with the Sales & Operations Manager to recruit, interview, and evaluate esthetician candidates as we build our founding team
• Support onboarding, practical evaluations, and training for new estheticians, helping them build confidence in FACE FOUNDRIÉ protocols, products, and service standards
• Train and develop estheticians on retail selling, membership conversions, rebooking strategies, compliance requirements, and operational procedures
• Help establish a positive, high-performance culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and exceptional client care
• Serve as a trusted resource for the esthetics team by providing real-time support, guidance, and leadership throughout each shift
• Conduct coaching and development conversations that elevate performance, confidence, and consistency across the team
• Partner with the Sales & Operations Manager to drive membership sales, retail sales, rebooking performance, and overall service revenue growth
• Help ensure all FACE FOUNDRIÉ operational, service, and brand standards are consistently upheld
• Review appointment books to identify booking opportunities, scheduling efficiencies, and revenue optimization opportunities
• Perform facial services while building and maintaining a loyal and growing client base
• Lead by example through exceptional service, professionalism, strong sales performance, and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Assist with pre-opening membership sales, gift card sales, and VIP client acquisition through community outreach and pop-up events
• Represent FACE FOUNDRIÉ at networking events, pop-up events, and community partnerships to build brand awareness and excitement prior to opening
