The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile practices across multiple teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.Key Responsibilities• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.• Coach Agile teams and stakeholders on Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and best practices.• Remove impediments and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies impacting delivery.• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and self-organization.• Track and report Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burn-down Charts, Sprint Progress, and Release Readiness.• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.• Drive Agile transformation initiatives and mentor junior Scrum Masters and team members.• Facilitate dependency management and stakeholder communication across multiple Agile teams.• Support release planning, roadmap execution, and program-level coordination.• Ensure adherence to Agile governance, quality standards, and delivery commitments.• Promote continuous process improvement through retrospectives and lessons learned.Required Skills• 15+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master.• Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean Agile methodologies.• Experience managing multiple Agile teams in a complex enterprise environment.• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.• Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery frameworks.• Experience working with globally distributed teams.Preferred Qualifications• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) / SAFe Agilist• PMI-ACP Certification• MBA or equivalent qualificationKey Competencies• Agile Coaching & Mentoring• Servant Leadership• Stakeholder Management• Risk & Dependency Management• Team Facilitation• Continuous Improvement• Change Management• Program Coordination• Effective CommunicationNice to Have• Experience in Retail or E-commerce domains.• Exposure to Agile Transformation and Enterprise Agile initiatives.• Experience supporting Digital, Cloud, Data, or AI/ML programs.Skills: Agile Way of Working~Business Domain - Retail~Generative AI~Project ManagementExperience Required: 10 & Above
