Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business and analytics needs.
Build, enhance, and support data processing and analytical workflows using Python.
Apply AI tools and techniques to improve analytics, automation, and data insights.
Write and optimize SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and analyze data.
Work with Snowflake and other database platforms to support analytics use cases.
Identify, analyze, and communicate data quality issues and resolution approaches.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders using email, Slack, and ticketing systems.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in Python development and AI-related tools.
3+ years of experience working with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
3+ years of experience working with databases, including:

Writing complex SQL scripts
Snowflake database experience

Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and performance optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for discussing data quality and technical findings.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with healthcare data, such as:

Claims
Medications
Diagnoses
Member datasets

Familiarity with healthcare data standards and reporting practices.
