Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead customer engagement initiatives and ensure successful delivery of solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to manage complex engagements from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagements.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and upselling additional services.

Required Skills:
• 7+ years of experience in customer engagement or client management roles.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale engagements in telecom or technology domains.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Preferred Skills:
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with CRM platforms and customer success tools.
• Knowledge of telecom industry processes and solutions., Project Code :
