"• 10-15+ years of overall IT Exp
• 10+ Years in ServiceNow
• Experience in Leading End-to-End Implementations
• Strong knowledge in ITSM, ITOM(Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt)
• Experience with CMDB design and governance(CSDM)
• Good experience in Discovery and Service mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery(AWS, Azure),
• Strong development skills with coding standards, platform governance
• Good understanding of ACLs, Role-based Access, Data privacy & compliance standards
• Strong exp in Integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, Service Graph Connectors
• Experience in Integrating monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), AD
• Good knowledge on AIOPS, Virtual Assistant(GenAI)
• Adequate knowledge on other modules such as GRC/IRM, HRSD and others are added advantage.
• Excellent knowledge on platform upgrades
