Role Description:
Act as the onshore technical anchor for Java-based application development within the dev team.
Perform hands-on development using Java (Java 8 or higher), including building and enhancing services, APIs, and business logic.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of SQL, including writing and optimizing queries, supporting data analysis, and collaborating on database-related design decisions.
Work closely with PMO and Project Leads on delivery planning, execution tracking, and risk mitigation.
