"• Develop high quality full stack applications using .NET, React, and API frameworks
• Use GitHub Copilot to accelerate development cycles, unit tests, and documentation
• Build secure authentication flows and integrate enterprise identity providers
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps)
• Work closely with architects (team already has an AI/Tech architect per your context)
• Participate in agile ceremonies - aligns with WAB's "strong agile transformation" expectations
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (Dev, QA, DevOps, Security Ops, Governance)
• Rapidly prototype and iterate - expectation from WAB product owners that team should "rapidly prototype, iterate and deliver results quickly" "
"• Strong experience in .NET / C# (back end services) - explicitly requested in WAB's DS Support Summary ("need more of a .NET based development team")
• React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks for front end
