Claude Operations Analyst

The Claude Operations Analyst supports the day-to-day operations of the Claude Enterprise
across the organization. This role is the front line for user support, troubleshooting, onboarding assistance,
and documentation. You will work directly with partners, managing directors, and staff across the
firm to ensure a seamless Claude experience - answering questions, resolving technical issues,
and knowing when to escalate.
This is a people-first, operations-focused role. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator
who is comfortable on calls with senior leadership, can follow detailed procedures precisely, and
brings a service-oriented mindset. Technical skills can be taught; professionalism, judgment, and
communication skills are essential from day one.

Role Descriptions: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Claude Operations Analyst to join our team and support the seamless execution of operational activities related to the Claude platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills| operational support experience| and a customer-focused mindset to manage day-to-day processes| troubleshoot issues| and collaborate across teams to ensure high service quality.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze Claude platform operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Provide L1L2 operational support| including troubleshooting issues and escalating complex problems when necessary.Collaborate with engineering| product| and support teams to streamline workflows and optimize platform performance.Support user onboarding and provide training materials or documentation as needed.Manage high-volume operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve operational challenges.Assist in the development and implementation of operational best practices and process improvements.Track operational metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.QualificationsExperience in an operations analyst or similar support role| preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude| with experience in L1L2 support layers.Ability to work efficiently in high-volume| fast-paced environments while maintaining quality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting is a plus.A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes| including AI-related tools and concepts..Generic Managerial Skills| If any
