Imaging Systems Operations Team Lead

Position Details:

• Location: Travel to BayCare Hospital facilities as required
• Remote/Work From Home when on-site duties are not necessary
• Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes
• Shift Hours: 830 AM to 4:00 PM
• Weekend Work: None
• On Call: No

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives based on operational needs.
• Defines the strategies, product plans, and the translation into clear specifications.
• Prepares and provides training materials and education to the organization for imaging technologies.
• Tests, validates, documents system implantations, modifications and upgrades.
• Has full technical knowledge of phases of application systems analysis.
• Manages quality assurance and quality control process.
• Acts as project leader for designated projects as assigned by medical imaging director related to acquisition, utilization, and distribution of hardware and software for work redesign.
• Responsible for client communication and satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent GED is required
• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• 3 years IS Systems related experience is required
• 3 years Healthcare Information Technology experience is preferred

Highly preferred skills:

• Cath lab background and experience
• Expertise in ISCV and XPER
