What is the "Future Builders" program?
Lennar's Future Builders Program is designed for highly motivated early career professionals seeking to launch their careers. Participants will develop essential interpersonal and technical skills while working alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
Through structured onboarding, hands-on training, and professional development, Future Builders will contribute to impactful projects and gain deep exposure to key areas across Lennar. High-performing participants may have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles upon program completion.
The Technology track is a one-year, developmental program for recent graduates that prepares participants for careers in core business operations. The start date for the program will be June 2027.

Upon program completion, the Company will decide whether to offer high-performing RCGs a regular full-time position within similar roles under these verticals, based on factors such as job performance and business needs. Job Responsibilities: Future Builder - Privacy Compliance
- Manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) end-to-end in compliance with CPRA and privacy regulations
- Prepare monthly and annual DSAR reports
- Analyze communication preference updates and trends for compliance
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) on existing and new applications
- Maintain compliance documentation, procedures, and activity records
- Execute SQL queries to locate and verify data deletion accuracy
- Conduct statistical analysis and create analytical reports
- Create process flow documentation and business requirements documents
- Analyze data structures across applications to identify data ready for destruction
- Support data cleansing, migration, and integration activities
- Generate reports using standard reporting tools
Qualifications
- Current senior or recent graduate between May 2026 and May 2027.
- Currently studying a degree in privacy, information management, or related field
- Privacy compliance or data protection experience preferred
- Knowledge of CCPA, CPRA, and global privacy regulations
- SQL programming and database query proficiency
- Understanding of encryption mechanisms for data at rest and in transit
- Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visual Basic skills
- Data protection impact assessment and data mapping experience
- Data protection and privacy certifications (preferred)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn and grow.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to engage in real business discussions.
- Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
