Financial Advisor Responsibilities:
- Review financial plans developed by the planning team
- Attend scheduled meetings with clients, typically 5-6 per week
- Focus on client onboarding through a structured process involving 2-3 meetings
- Collaborate with a dedicated processor for paperwork
- Maintain a closing ratio of 30% on client meetings
Financial Advisor Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a financial advisor with closing experience
- Possession of a Series 65 license
- An insurance license is preferred
- Background as a college athlete or in military service is preferred
