Responsibilities
Responsible for coordination and administration of HR recruitment functions within Facilities HR. Serves as a resource to supervisors and HR departmental representatives. Responsibilities include coordination, submission, tracking, and completion of Facilities recruitment human resource processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in human resources or a related field or a high school diploma/equivalency and six years of the same experience (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)

Responsibilities
Responsible for coordination and administration of HR recruitment functions within Facilities HR. Serves as a resource to supervisors and HR departmental representatives. Responsibilities include coordination, submission, tracking, and completion of Facilities recruitment human resource processes.
- Responsible for coordination and administration of employment, recruitment, requests to advertise, interview questions, job posting, and selection of candidate functions for Facilities departments.
- Ensures the integrity and reliability of job postings and candidate eligibility processes for Facilities A&P, USPS, and OPS positions.
- Responsible for ensuring that all employment transactions are processed efficiently and effectively, from application to hire.
- Ensures outstanding customer service is provided to all internal and external customers.
- Ensures the recruitment tracking system is updated daily with clear, and concise data for upper management meetings.
- Assists with regular workflow status updates and proactively advises leadership and supervisors regarding the status of human resource transactions. This includes recruiting, hiring, job opening packets, I-9's, new employee orientation.
- Maintains departmental personnel files in compliance with Federal, State, and University laws, policies, and guidelines.
- Responsible for interpretation of employment and recruitment policies and procedures. Ensures policies and procedures related to human resource actions for the departments are compliance with University, State, and Federal regulations and standards. Position engages in regular communications with Office of Human
- Resources to carry out assigned tasks. Assists with enhancing and implementing new technology and procedures for the section.
- Responsible for assisting in and attending job fairs to include sign-up, solicitation of volunteers and preparation of materials. Trains Facilities Supervisors on HR Recruitment processes. Completes other related duties as required.
Qualifications

- Experience working in higher education or government, providing recruitment support in a high-volume multi-department environment
- Experience posting jobs across multiple platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
