DESCRIPTION:
Position responsible to provide direction, communications with all operators while monitoring system performance and making scheduling adjustments where necessary to maximize on-time performance, minimize customer wait times, minimize service disruptions as a result of vehicle/operator availability and/or emergency situations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
General responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
• Coordinate and schedule chauffeurs/drivers to fleet vehicles
• Recommend and arrange transportation options for clients
• Provide quotes and enter new business into our reservation system
• Create and maintain trip manifests
• Monitor dispatch board for potential issues
• Add, change or delete scheduled stops in planning
• Research and resolve client issues quickly and accurately
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-3 years of transportation industry preferred
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to multi-task
• Dependable
• Must be able to work evening/night shifts, available to work late afternoon to midnight, available to work weekend shift (must be available both weekend days)
Salary Description
$20.00 - $22.00
