Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Forms).
• Define and validate solution architecture aligned with enterprise digital strategies and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, UX/UI, developers, DevOps, and QA to ensure coherent architecture.
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, present architecture roadmaps, and support digital strategy discussions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to AEM developers and integration teams.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AEM architectures including cloud deployments (Adobe Managed Services or AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Own the integration strategy with third-party systems like CRM (Salesforce), eCommerce platforms (Magento, SAP Commerce), analytics tools, etc.
• Stay up to date with Adobe ecosystem updates and emerging digital experience technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 17 years of IT experience, with at least 7+ years focused on AEM (6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service).
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale AEM implementations.
• Strong understanding of Java/J2EE, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, RESTful services, and frontend frameworks (React, Angular).
• Expertise in Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem: Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, Launch.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with security, caching, and performance optimization in AEM deployments.
• Adobe Certification: AEM Architect or Adobe Certified Expert is a strong plus.
