We're looking for candidates for CCM Template Developer to join their team. The CCM Template Developer is a cross-functional position responsible for administrating a software tool for customer communications (CCM). This position helps facilitate the customer correspondence process from beginning to end. The CCM Template Developer will process correspondence change requests, work with stakeholders to write content, and code and develop templates that accurately produce formatted correspondence upon request. This position requires the ability to juggle both business communications and technical skillsets using Agile methodology and tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

Utilization of Communication Software

  • Utilization of Communication Software
  • Develop and maintain correspondence templates in the communications software. Follow the projects through their various stages.
  • Create conditional (If/Then) logic to ensure that correspondence content is displayed correctly based on varying input factors.
  • Use XML to preview the finished product for quality assurance and make adjustments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop letter content and strategies using software tools.
  • Develop probing questions to qualify and quantify potential situations.
  • Accountable to manage project timelines and pro-actively report potential delays.
  • Run daily queries to identify correspondence problems.
  • Provide guidance, training and support to business unit staff as needed.

Analysis

  • Assist with interpreting and implementing changes with respect to the policies and guidelines which may affect the external communications process.
  • Analyze complex error reports generated for quality assurance to determine if discrepancies exist and identify if errors are generated through operations or systematically.
  • Find and create efficiencies within the correspondence creation process to ensure maximum output and reduce waste.

Production Support

  • Test system changes associated with letter additions or modifications and defects.
  • Provide input, recommendations or decision making to operational meetings to discuss process improvements and operational issues. Supports leadership and trainers with processing problems and issues identified.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to create, understand, and troubleshoot conditional logic.
  • Advanced research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels within and outside of the organization.
  • Understanding of XML.
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo oriented towards system and program improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues, and provide viable suggestions for improvement.
  • Experience in leveraging technology solutions to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Proven attentive, active listening skills, and detail oriented.
  • Effective time management, organization and prioritizing ability.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Experience wearing multiple hats and being involved in multiple projects.
  • Insurance background particularly with property and casualty insurance solutions and business processes.
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages.
