 We're looking for candidates with at least five years of claims processing experience. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the insurance claims training process.  


  •    Bachelor's degree in business, insurance or a related field, preferred.     Five years Property & Casualty claim handling experience. In depth knowledge of claims processing, system configuration, edits, adjustment adjudication and claims department processes       Advanced verbal and written communication skills.     Analytic ability, good judgement, initiative and problem solving ability. 



  • Develops training material, assessment tools and concepts for instructor led classroom / Web Based training for new hires as well as development of current employees  Advanced knowledge of insurance business and Property & Casualty claim specific terminology.  Experience in systems implementation, business analysis and project management  Perform root cause analysis on audit findings and develop and implement training needs as needed
