Position Summary

Performs the necessary duties related to the Membership Services department by contacting clients and/or contractors, and documenting various system applications according to procedures and program requirements. Ability to apply Contractor Connection processes and program requirements to ensure quality control.

  • Updates and maintains contractor files with current deliverables and credentialing items as outlined in Membership Services Coordinator Levels I and II.
  • Mentors, trains, and coaches subordinate Membership Services Coordinator role.
  • Communicates contractor status information to clients.
  • Upholds the Crawford Code of Business Conduct and Ethics at all times.
  • Participates in special projects or performs duties in other areas as requested.
  • Assists in monitoring weekly quality assurance reports.
  • Assists with general issues regarding contractors and clients.
  • Assists with verifying automated reports.
  • Assists Supervisor with creating team presentations.
  • Reviews dashboard for outstanding credentialing items.
  • Maintains overall knowledge of Contractor Connection business model and all Membership Services functions.
  • Participates in special projects or performs duties in other areas as requested.
  • Upholds and projects the public image of the Company.
  • Upholds the Crawford Code of Business Conduct and Ethics at all times.
  • Bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and at least 2 years customer service experience.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Contractor Connection applications, workflows and reporting systems. Thorough understanding of Contractor Connection and Membership Services procedures and processes.
  • Highly proficient and advanced computer skills.
  • Highly proficient and advanced internet navigation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
