Telephonic Case Manager I
Responsible for the assessment and development of comprehensive case management plans, to include coordination of medical care for Workers Compensation claimants. Works closely with the injured worker, adjusters, medical providers, employers, and attorneys to ensure appropriate medical care, medical rehabilitation, and return to work. Requires excellent assessment skills. Must be able to develop and foster excellent working relationships with referral sources. Case managers must be proactive and assertive in implementation of treatment plans and resolution.
- Compact license or licenses in other states, a plus.
- Must have credential such as CCM, CRRN, CDMS, COHN
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
- Part time or full time
