Primary Purpose:

Responsible for connecting and supporting clients through the LeadCloud Data Integration Platform and related components as part of a small, highly motivated, multi-talented, virtual team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document how client requirements fit into existing system
  • Assist clients in implementing system specifications
  • Create and/ or modify programs to adapt to client needs and requirements
  • Translate unique client requirements into program specifications and efficient, coded computer instructions
  • Create and/ or modify programs to adapt to changes in needs and requirements
  • Test coded program routines and revise to eliminate errors with supervision as needed
  • Provide QA team with Use-Cases and documentation for testing and acceptance
  • Participate in implementation testing and troubleshooting with client team
  • Review test results with clients, complete final client integration documentation, and participate in acceptance for production
  • Monitor client production environment and provide on-going support
  • Participate in client planning
  • Assist in on-the-job training of less experienced programmers

  • Bachelors Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • 2+ years of experience in all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation and source management
  • Possess strong working experience using one or more of the following skill sets: XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL, JavaScript, C#
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels
  • Ability to work in an open team environment
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and timeliness to meet customer service expectations
  • Ability to problem solve, make decisions and empathize with others
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with direct guidance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)

Desired Skills:

  • Possess experience in the insurance industry and/ or basic knowledge of insurance
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts
