Are you looking to learn a new trade as a Satellite Installer, Cable Technician, or In-Home Automation Installer? If you are, then DRS is the company for you! Digital Reception Services (DRS) is a regional service provider for DISH Network, and we are looking to hire entry-level Satellite Technician/Installers throughout our service area in Florida.
Technician Duties: Installing, troubleshooting and servicing DISH satellite systems/products in customer s home.
Digging trenches, climbing in attics/under homes, and working in confined spaces.
Interacting with and training customers on the products daily.
Selling additional services and products to customers while earning incentives.
We Provide: 4 weeks of paid training: 1 week in the classroom, 2 weeks in field training, and 1 week in solo training.
Up to 3 weeks of paid time off within the first year.
A vehicle, gas card, smartphone, and tools (no out-of-pocket expense).
Incentive pay for providing customers additional solutions and products.
Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement (company pays 70% of medical insurance).
Family-oriented culture and a team atmosphere.
Opportunities to move up and/or transition into other branches of the DRS business.
Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Provide a valid Florida Driver s License (with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years).
Physical ability to handle manual labor, confined spaces, and varying temperatures/weather.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Job type: Full-time.
Required license or certification: A valid Florida Driver's License.
