? ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND include the following.

? Other duties may be assigned.

? Receives service calls electronically and travels in company owned vehicle to job sites.

? Completes service calls, planned maintenances, RPM program and offers extended warranties on site.

? Stocks replacement service parts on the truck.

? Interacts with dealers and homeowners for win-win solutions.

? Analyzes sites for equipment repair.

? Maintains vehicle maintenance within factory requirements.

? Completes monthly electronic safety trainings and informs factory of completion.

? Attends scheduled field service team meetings.

? Travel required for technical support in various regions of the country throughout the year for 2-3 weeks at a time.

? SUPERVISORY - This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

? EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE ? Associate's degree (A.

) or equivalent from two-year college or HVAC technical school; and a minimum three years field service related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

? LANGUAGE SKILLS ? Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

? Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) ? MATHEMATICAL SKILLS ? Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

? REASONING ABILITY ? Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

? CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS ? EPA Certification Level 2 ? Clean Driving Record ? Maintain a CPO license, provided by TEAM AquaCal ? PHYSICAL DEMANDS ?
