Overview: Loyalty Specialist.

Job Purpose.

Responsible for coordinating and executing strategic loyalty programs and campaign from creation through implementation, including legal compliance; quality assurance; development of internal communication both operational and training documents to inform stores and front end associates of upcoming programs.

This will work cross-functionally with the business from program creation through execution with a focus on driving positive ROI and engage customers to identify with us.

Responsibilities.

1.

Content and Communications.

Assists with the creation and execution of data driven, dynamic marketing campaigns and program development, content and communications.

Coordinates the design, production and writing of marketing materials.

Work with stakeholders and partners to communicate customer and associate campaign through multi-media platform.

2.

Work Plans.

Assists with maintaining campaign calendars and schedules to deliver on-time programming of the annual loyalty plans.

Collaborate cross functionally to build an understanding of timelines and deliverables per department Marketing, Operations, Training, IT, Supply Chain, etc.

Tracks the end-to-end process.

3.

Legal and Approvals.

Quality assurance and proofing of all materials to ensure legal compliance and with internal and external partners.

Validates campaign elements adhered to approved design, production and marketing collaterals across all channels.

4.

Administrative.

Coordinates cost effective campaign budgets, which deliver positive ROI, including PO administration and vendor payment process.

Assists with presentations and recap reports.

5.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications.

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree.

Course of Study: Marketing, Communications or Business Administration or equivalent combo of experience.

Education Preferred: N/A.

Course of Study: Relevant Experience: 0 - 3 yrs minimum.

Language(s) Required: English.

Supervisory Experience: 0 - 3 yrs minimum.

Language(s) Preferred: English.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Demonstrated strong PC skills including proficiency in the primary Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.

Intense focus on detail and accuracy of work.

Strong written communication skills and time management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Preferred: 3 years marketing experience developing and implementing marketing programs and materials.

Operational or store experience preferred.

Job Location: Store Support Center.

Department: Physical Demands: While performing the essential functions of this position, the associate is regularly (67-100%) required to sit, use hands or fingers to handle, hold or feel objects, tools or controls, talk, see, hear and perform repetitive movements with both hands.

The employee is occasionally (1-33%) required to stand or walk on carpet, tile or concrete, carry, push, lift or pull up to 10 lbs.

Working Conditions: While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is typically not substantially exposed to adverse working conditions.

Safety Risk Factors: The employee is occasionally (1-33%) required to twist back and/or neck and walk on a slippery or cluttered floor surface.
