Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World Customer Support Representative Job DescriptionServe as the Work Control Specialist for an enterprise Base Operations Support contract in the Northwest Florida Area.
This individual will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, preparing, and submitting data necessary to develop and maintain the Master Schedule of Work (MSOW) that documents work performed on facilities and equipment.
Maintains historical and maintenance data records.
The duties and listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
Ensure timely and accurate facilities and equipment preventive maintenance performance are updatedResponsible for ensuring preventive maintenance scheduling and service order requests are properly created, updated, closed, and reportedAdminister the work authorization processMonitor daily operations to identify and resolve issues and track performance metricsSchedule and conduct audits to ensure accuracy of reportingPerform other duties as assignedRequired and Experience:Minimum three (3) years of experience in a work control center or customer service centerHigh School Diploma or equivalentPrefer experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) facility management or construction officeAdditional experience/education may be required by contract or assignmentMust possess a current TS/SCI clearanceOther Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to work in a fast-pace environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedulesExcellent organizational and time management skillsExpert computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite An Equal Opportunity Employer.
