A customer serviceaptitude! Are you able to handle customer inquiries andresolve customer issues?Minimum 6 months experience interacting with customersin some capacity (via phone, chat, in person, etc.
)Have the discipline to workremotely and follow a set scheduleAre you available to work an 8-10hr shiftbetween the hours of5am to 9pm PST/6am-10pm MST/7am-11pm CST/ 8am-12am EST includingweekends and holidays while having the ability to adjust to achange in schedule based on business needs ?Handle multiple computerapplications at one timeUnderstand the concepts of navigation, search engines,downloading music, and other web based applicationsSmartphone, tablet, operatingsystems, PC or Mac experienceAbility to attend approximately five to six weeks ofrequired online/virtual training on a fixed schedule that mayinclude nights or weekendsAbility to meet minimum typing speed of 20 WPM whiletalking to customersSuccessful completion of pre-employment assessments anda background check Aquiet distraction free workspace that will allow you to meet ourrequirement of working independently without other parties being inthe same workspace during your scheduled shift.
