Role:Performs the key transactional services for members to include withdrawals, deposits, and making payments.
Responsible for delivering exceptional member experience.
Performs the key sales and service functions for members.
Consistently demonstrates the Pen Air Experience in all member interactions maximizing member relationships.
Effectively uncovers member needs and offers appropriate solutions.
Primarily responsible for loan and member growth.
Responsible for making referrals to internal credit union partners.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:E 40% Responsible for promptly and accurately handling member transactions to include withdrawals, deposits, payments, and various member servicing, assess the needs of the member and make referrals to MSRsE 20% Handle all member servicing to include loans, deposit accounts and safe deposit boxesE 20% Handle all aspects of new member relationships to include loans, deposit accounts and safe deposit boxes.
Actively educates and provides product guidance to members.
E 5% Performs all required balancing functions daily and addresses any discrepancies with appropriate party in a timely mannerE 5% Make appropriate referrals to internal partners as neededE 5% Performs additional teller duties, including lobby, ATM, drive-up, night deposit, and mail at any branch/area, as required.
N 5% Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Meet Loan Production goals measured by closed loan dollarsMeet new member growth measured by number new member relationships establishedMeet products per member measured by total loan and deposit shares divided by # of total primary share accountsMeet Referral goals measured by qualified referrals logged into referral tracking systemProvide friendly, professional, personal service to all customers and associates per the Pen Air Experience, measured by Net Promoter ScoreBalance drawer 80% of the time, measured by number of days balanced by number of days workedRegular Reliable AttendanceDemonstrate behaviors consistent with the Pen Air Core Values.
Knowledge and Skills:Experience One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.
Other Skills Able to operate a 10 key calculator, typewriter and computer keyboard.
Physical RequirementsMay be required to lift up to 50 pounds to transfer money and coins.
Requires much time spent on feet.
